Siân also entered the world of recruitment in 1987 with the commercial division of Argosy Employment, having previously worked in conference organising. Siân was asked to join PSB in Eastbourne as the Technical Consultant, and was fittingly promoted to Manager within 18 months. This was then followed by a position at ‘Douglas Llambias’, a London based consultancy. Blue Arrow spotted Siân’s talents and she was immediately invited to manage the Hastings branch. Siân was awarded ‘Manager of the Year’ in 1996.
